Lionel Messi 3-3 Real Madrid

Spurs v Chelsea wasn't the only thrilling 3-3 draw this weekend. Spain's big grudge match also came out even, thanks to the magic of the marvellous Mr Messi. This excellent video shows Messi's every touch in that game, including his memorable hat-trick:

Not a bad little player ;). He's like a fly, as soon as you go to tackle him Whoops he's gone the other way.

Note to England if we ever come up against him in a big world cup game TAKE HIM OUT.

He's awesome isn't he? - especially because he looks like a 14-year-old schoolboy

I like his positional awareness - if he is not directly participating in the attack, he knows how to make himself available to receive the pass (witness the first two goals). Not a bad little tackler, either.

I also like the synchronised touch-grass-and-cross by Raul and Puyol as they come on to the pitch. Have they been practicing?

Thanks for posting this... I don't get La Liga games back in the States and that was a great video. So glad Messi is back in top form!

P.S. Jezza... ditto about Raul and Puyol... loved it!
