Jose Mourinho, should he stay or should he go?
One thing is certain, if Chelsea don't win the Premiership or the Champions League this season, then Mourinho will want to stay at Stamford Bridge. He's too competitive to leave the club without winning a major trophy by way of farewell. I think he's also shrewd enough to realise that Chelsea is no worse than any other big club – wherever he goes, Italy or Spain or another Premiership club, there will be the same intense scrutiny and he will clash at some point with the chairman. He can't help himself – he thrives on drama and confrontation and the creation of division as a way to motivate his players. It now looks likely that he will stay at Chelsea, but with Jose, you just never know…
