Fantasy Friday: week 20 review

103895100_4All of the Pies Fantasy Football teams have been knocked out of the FA Cup after humiliating defeats to lower league opposition, but it is a relief really. Now we can concentrate on our league form. All that knockout football would have been an unnecessary distraction. Honest. Sob, sob! Click the link below to see the latest league table.

Fantasy Friday: week 20 review continued

This week's league table:

1 Where Was Dean Ashton? (Tommy) 309
2 Strictly Badmanism (Matt M) 293
3 Pauper For Manse (Rob P) 292

4 Modbury Juniors (Ollie) 271
5 Onimans Legends (James) 270
6 Tanghall Tykes (Matt D) 261
7 Houssemayne FC (Jan) 252
8 Dynamo George Vader (Rob W) 237
= West Country All-Stars (Ben) 237
10 Gimmervision (Mof) 236
11 Scrumpy Rovers (Simon) 225
12 Big Bunch of Lewsers (Lew) 209
13 Villa Rourke FC (Jez) 192

14 Dial Square (Nicholas) 189
15 Felixs X1 (Felix) 180
16 Abney Park Rangers (Ash) 128

Good week for... Pies Editor Ollie. With the top three all scoring 13 (spooky!), Ollie launched a New Year bid to get himself in contention for the title. His 22-point haul lifts Modbury Juniors from 6th to 4th.

Bad week for... Felix'. His downward spiral continued with a meagre three points this week. That said, he still has some work to do to drop below Ash in the table. Abney Park Rangers are now 52 points adrift!

its a tough week to predict. i think there will be a good bit of scoring with alot of defences hurting but we will see.

Could be right about defences Tommy - I've switched from 5-3-2 to 4-4-2.

Ashley, I know you're busy being an entrepreneur, but you should be ashamed of yourself…
