When Bragg Met Pollard

Little_brit_uk ITV1's almost entirely pants Christmas Day line-up includes a gem that will appall middle-aged men who eat kippers and "take" the Telegraph: a South Bank Show on Little Britain.

Phlegmy Melv will guide us through the heartwarming tale of how Lucas and Walliams met at The National Youth Theatre, went to the Edinburgh Festival and came up with Rock Profiles. Melvyn also talks to LB fans including Rob Brydon, Ronnie Corbett and Elton John, who doesn't count because he's a fan of everything. Best interviewee, though, will be bonkers movie director Ken Russell, who hates Little Britain.

* The South Bank Show: Little Britain, ITV1, Sunday 25 December
